# Quon Labs

> Quon Labs is a design and engineering studio in New Delhi, India, founded in 2026. It designs and builds web apps, mobile apps, and Web3 products for startups and established companies, and stays on after launch.

## What Quon Labs does

- Web development: sites, dashboards, internal tools, and full products in React and Next.js, with Node and Postgres, and headless commerce on Shopify or Stripe.
- Mobile development: native iOS in Swift, Android in Kotlin, or React Native when one codebase makes sense, through to App Store and Play Store submission.
- Web3 development: smart contracts on Ethereum and Solana written for audit, dApps with wallet and signing flows, NFT and DeFi platforms.
- Design and engineering are one team. Every project includes UX, interaction design, and a design system.

## How a project runs

1. Discovery (week 1): a call, then a one-page brief with scope and estimate.
2. Design (weeks 2–3): screens and architecture side by side.
3. Build (week 4 onwards): short cycles, a demo every week, staging link from week one.
4. Launch and support: ship, monitor, then an optional monthly retainer.
